Welcome to our page!

We are a group of writers, editors, students and instructors dedicated to perfecting our craft.

We host a monthly workshop/critique session, 2nd Wednesday evening of each month (contact us for details), and host free monthly public poetry and prose readings, 2nd Thursday evening of each month, 7 pm, at Hastings Hard Back Cafe, 10th Ave South, Great Falls, Montana.  These readings are open to the public:  you do not have to be a member to participate or to listen.  Feel free to bring some of your own original material to share in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

We also publish an annual nationally-circulated literary journal, Front Range, which features work from writers and artists, not only from the Rocky Mountain West but from all around the world, many of them award winners.  Be sure to check out our submission guidelines and also see how easy it is to subscribe!

We also host an annual resident writers retreat in the summers, high in the remote Rocky Mountain backbone, in conjunction with Wilderness Gate.  Contact us for details.

Once again, welcome, and if you have any questions or are interested in joining, feel free to email us.
